Notice of Change of Trade Name

The Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kanomax Corporation at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held in March 2022.

In addition, due to a reorganization within the Kanomax Group, the trade name will be changed from "MSI.TOKYO, Inc" to "Kanomax Analytical Incorporated" as of July 1, 2022.

Since our establishment in 2008, we have developed mass spectrometers based on mass spectrometry technology originated at Osaka University, and have launched the "infiTOF" series featuring compactness and high resolution.

In conjunction with the trade name change, we will merge with the particle analysis division of the Kanomax Group, but will continue to develop mass spectrometers.

The trade name on some of our websites and products will be changed to the new trade name in due course.

The website as MSI.TOKYO will stop being updated. Information will be consolidated within the Kanomax Group website, which will be closed in the future.
